This project transformed an underutilized regional airport terminal space into a welcoming hub for both aviation users and the surrounding tech park community. The large, light-filled terminal was reimagined as a flexible social space. New seating zones, lounge areas, and dining tables activate the interior while maintaining open views to the runway and airfield activity beyond.

Extending outdoors, planning and furnishing of a new pergola-covered patio supports dining, casual meetings, live music, and community gatherings. Together, the interior and exterior improvements reposition the terminal as a modern civic space that continues to support aviation operations while inviting the broader community to engage with the airport in a new way.
